Individual Therapy
Individual therapy refers to therapy sessions conducted one-on-one between you and your therapist in a private setting, either in-person or through telehealth. Individual therapy allows you to freely explore your thoughts and feelings with the guidance and support of your therapist.
We offer individual therapy sessions from 45 minutes to 1 hour. We use a variety of evidence-based techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy. The type of therapy conducted in your individual therapy sessions will depend on your specific needs and objectives.
