Meesha Chan, LCSW
Founder
I am a Board-certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), dedicated to helping those in the military community navigate emotional and psychological challenges. I focus on anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders.
During my time serving in the U.S. Air Force, I supported service members dealing with trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). I have also worked with expatriate communities to address the unique challenges of adjusting to life abroad.
My goal is to provide you a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. I believe in the power of self-exploration and reflection, while recognizing the importance of everyone’s unique experiences and identity. By working together, you will gain insight, build resilience, and achieve meaningful personal growth, where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make positive changes.

Licensed Social Worker
I am a Licensed Social Worker with a background in psychology and a person-centered, clinically-informed approach to care. I integrate psychological insight with practical therapeutic strategies to support your unique needs, strengths, and goals.
My work emphasizes the impact of family dynamics, relationships, and communication patterns on emotional well-being. I support individuals navigating life transitions, including identity, career, and academic pressures, relationships, and personal responsibilities. I also help clients experiencing anxiety, sadness, grief, and major life changes, strengthening emotional regulation, coping strategies, and insight into patterns affecting daily functioning.
With a psychology-informed perspective, I create individualized, collaborative treatment plans that are practical, meaningful, and responsive to your needs. I meet each person exactly where they are—without judgment—and create space for emotional safety, honest reflection, and sustainable change. Together, we identify strengths, clarify goals, and develop practical tools to support healthier relationships, emotional well-being, and a balanced, person-centered mindset.
